Concrete spun poles are produced by means of spinning machines in which moulds are inserted to be spun. The process is complete with many other supporting machines and specific accessories.
Basically such machines are meant for the production of pre-stressed or reinforced concrete cylindrical spun poles for foundations or other applications. They ensure the maximum flexibility of production to manufacture concrete products having regular shape, of any length and size, according to the required Standards.
Poles are designed and manufactured with particularly high concrete strength and tight tolerances; most often they are cylinder shape, hollow inside and uniform in thickness but different moulds can be inserted of any shape (circular, square, hexagonal, octagonal, and decorative).
The possibility of working with the lowest water/cement ratio enables the manufacturer to increase the final resistance of the concrete without jeopardizing its compactness and adherence to the internal steel reinforcement.

There are two kinds of centrifuge concrete pole machine at present from structure . The base of the machine is welded in box-type structure, sturdiness and durability. The bearings are well sealed and reliable, long service. Random electric control equipment is complete and easy to operate.
Prestressed Concrete Spun Pole Mould is used for psc concrete electrical pole production. There are many kinds of concrete poles from shape. But most widely used in the world is rectange or square concrete poles and round concrete poles . So we design rectange or square pole mould and circular / round concrete pole steel mould accordingly .
Its mainly manufacture technology is longitudinal tension by steel wires. During rotation of mould, it can squeeze out the excess water contained in concrete under centrifugal force. Thus, it can greatly improve the concrete density and strength.
